Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. For shorter lets eg: long week ends etc please contact owner for price
Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday.
Check In - After 3pm
Check Out - Until 10am
Booking notes
A deposit of 50% of total booking payable upon booking confirmation and balance to be paid at least one month before occupation.
Security deposit
A security desposit of £100.00 will also be payable upon booking confirmation to cover the costs for any loss or damage. Provided that there are no breakages or damages, the security desposit will be refunded no later than 14 days after the end of your stay.
Pets
A charge of £25.00 per week for any pets staying at Corner Cottage. (This is only to cover addtional cleaning costs).
