Accommodation
The accommodation has been carried out with great expense and with consideration to the Cottage therefore, we would kindly ask for consideration in its use. - Please see 'terms and conditions' for further advice and information about the cottage.
Pets are welcome at additional cost (see rates page) as long at they are kept in the Kitchen in the evening, Pets are NOT PERMITTED upstairs at the cottage at any time.

New flat screed 32’ TV in sitting room. New flat screen 18’ TV with DVD player in master bedroom. Mini hi fi in sitting room with iPod docking facility. Wifi available at no extra charge. A travel cot can also be supplied at a small fee - details upon request.

Accessibility
Accessibility is not perfect for disabled guests. There are three steps to the front access but once in the floor is fairly level with one step between the sitting room and the kitchen. The staircase is a typical devon cottage staircase and disabled guests might not find this easy
Outside
Outside there is a small court yard with raised decked area for sitting table and chairs supplied.
There is space at the front of the property for one or two cars.
The cottage also benefits from having a courtyard for those cosy evenings during the summer months.
Due to the amount of work and careful consideration to the property, we would kindly ask NO SMOKING in the cottage at all times.
Please also note that NO PETS are PERMITTED on any of the furniture and the whole of the upstairs of cottage.
