I love Devon and visit regularly so decided it would be nice to own a cottage in the area of Devon, therefore, I bought Corner Cottage. Over the last six months have carried out extensive works on these cottages and are now ready for occupation.
Ringmore Cottage in Salcombe and have just completed a programme of refurbishment, the works have an emphasis on comfort and modern lines.
Southern Cross Cottage in Stokenham, next door to Corner Cottage. I have just completed a programme of refurbishment, the decor is as in line with Corner Cottage.
I really hope you love these cottages just as much as I do.

Why I chose homes in these locations
I visit Devon regularly and happened to come across Corner Cottage purely by accident and fell in love with it immediately. It is so well located, 1 mile to the beach, two good pubs within walking distance, a fabulous farm shop 1/2 a mile away and roughly in the middle of Salcome and Dartmouth for those day trips out.
I chose to buy Ringmore cottage because of its location. It's an absolute perfect location, in the centre of Salcombe whith we just adore so much. You are really spoilt for choice of the things to do in and around Salcombe.
I chose to buy Southern Cross Cottage because of the love I have for Stokenham and with it being the neighbouring property of Corner Cottage, I thought it would be an ideal opportunity.
Unique benefits of the properties
Many good pubs and restaurants within a short traveling distance and some within walking distance, all with very good menus. Walks to the beach, or simply chill out with a book at home. Miles of coastal footpaths to explore. There are plenty of boutiques to satisfy your shopping eye but for the most, it has to be the beautiful scenery surrounding both cottages.
I love Devon and feel very lucky to own such beautiful cottages. These cottages have been refurbished in keeping with their character, as they deserve, it really is home from home.
I feel very fortuate to own such wonderful and stunning properties which are situated so closely together and in such great locations.
